Weekend hike

This Sunday my family and I went for a hike in the Shenandoah National Park. I had lots of fun reading the numerous p-mails left for me but the best part was the view.
My mom was really nervous when I went out on the edge but what a great view. The weather was great and I saw a chipmunk and wanted to chase it.

Hiking is so much fun...better than agility!

The beginning and defining of Dramatic Irony the blog

ask.com defines dramatic irony as the following:
"Dramatic irony involves the reader (or audience) knowing something about what's happening in the plot, about which the character(s) have no knowledge. Dramatic irony can be used in comedies and tragedies, and it works to engage the reader, as one is drawn into what is happening. The audience may sympathize with the character, who does not know the true situation. Or, the reader may see the character as blind or ignorant (as with Oedipus). The clues may be rather obvious, but the character may be unwilling to recognize the truth."
Well, if you add that to me(the terrier), agility and my owner/mother---you have a perfect understanding of the name of this blog. Who is "the character?" Her or me? Is she unwilling to recognize the truth? For over four years I have been doing this agility thing and now the truth is here...in the blog.

It is here that I hope to chronicle our experiences...even though we have been doing this for a while. I never signed up for this agility stuff--but here I am going to trials and earning titles...some days things are good--others just crappy. This space is where I will get to vent and describe the fresh hell my human partner puts me through. If I get a new brother or sister, that news will go here as well. Basically--this is a place for me to store photos & video, to vent, to laugh and to let my mother whimper....
